She was predeceased by: her parents, John Clark and Ada Carpenter Clark; her husband James W. Mullins; her grandson Jerrod Mullins; and her sister Georgia Harmon.

She is survived by: her children, James Nathan Mullins, II (Rhonda) of Lexington and Jamie Worley (Ed) of Lexington; her grandchildren, James Nathan Mullins, III (Diana), Preston Clark Worley (Langdon), Nicolas Hayes Mullins, Lauren Reed Worley and Natalie Lynn Mullins; her great grandchildren, Carolina Mullins, Savannah Mullins and Charlotte Mullins; and her niece Nancy Harmon.
