She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael David and Joyce Hubbard Hayes; her husband Bobby Bullen; her brother Michael David Hayes, Jr.; and her grandmother Myrtle Alexander.
She is survived by: her sister Patty Fletcher (Steve) of Mt. Vernon; her niece Abigail Fletcher; and her nephew Matthew Fletcher.
