It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Engle of Mount Vernon, Kentucky, who passed away on October 8, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Burton and Lucille Burton; her sister Diane Brandenburg; her daughter Shala Louise Engle; and her grandson Damien Eugene Engle.

She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Engle, Sr.; her children, Kenneth Engle, Jr., Joshua Engle and Melissa Jackson; her grandchildren, Kendra, Steven, Hannah Engle and Kailee Conner; her siblings, William, Allen, Tim, Tommy, John Burton, Shirley Scott, Myrtle King and Susan Conner; and her great grandchild Gabriel Cartwright.
