She was predeceased by: her spouse Byron Douglas Owens; her parents, John D. Isaacs and Lucy Kate Isaacs (Vickers); and her siblings, Glendon, Linville, Clifton, Doug Isaacs and Lillian Isaacs.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Santo, Richard Santo, Jr., Lisa Ann (Greg Angel), Sandra (Bruce French) and Gary A. Santo (Debbie); and her siblings, Mildred Becthol and Billy Isaacs (Gayle). She is also survived by Several Grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
