It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald D. Whittaker of Mount Vernon, Kentucky, who passed away on April 2, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Whitaker and Amanda House Disney; his brother Robin Whittaker; and his parents-in-law, Norman Frazier (Bay) and Helen Frazier (Smith).
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Frazier Whittaker; and his pets, Beagee and Mocha.
