He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobart Neal and Margie Brown Neal; and his sister Brenda. He is survived by: his wife Linda Powell Neal; his children, Scott Neal of Somerset, Brandy Gregory of Monticello and Jamie Bradley of Counce, TN; his siblings, Randy (Cathy Neal), Reed (Pattie Neal), Troy (Sherry Neal), Atonya (Denise Menshouse), Loretta Neal and Tammie (Eddie Roberts); his grandchildren, Caleb Bradley, Jasper Bradley, Ashlynn Bradley, Tyler Neal, Taylor Troxell, Abigail Neal, Zoe Gregory and Avery Gregory; and his great grandchildren, Hallie, Camery and King.
