He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthie Lou Overbay Kirby and Robert Kirby; his daughter Terina; his siblings, Lillian, Ruby, Jewell, Brenda, Estil and Lee; and his grandson Brennan.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Darlene Clark Kirby; his children, Debra Bruderle (Jeffery) and Raymond D. Kirby (Janie); his grandchildren, Justin (Brittany Wright), Robert (Felicia Jones), Tracie (Justin Caldwell), Courtnie (Kyle Leclercq), Jolene Bruderle, Elizabeth Bruderle, Isaiah Kirby, Kyleigh Kirby, McKenzie Kirby, Kellan Kirby and Mark Bruderle; and his great grandchildren, Baylee, James, Samuel, Evelyn, Jayden, Audrey, Justin Jr., Brittlei, Jaxtyn, Landen, Xzavier and Lucah.
