He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilse W. Noe and Emma Marie Noe (Brown); and his brothers, Gene and Dean Noe. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Joyce Noe (Mosley) of Mt. Vernon, KY; his sons, Billy Joe Noe (Rosemary) and Eddie Ray Noe (Donna); his grandchildren, Shana Scarberry (Justin), Shelby Redman (Dan), Renee Wilson and Brandon Wilson; his great grandchildren, Liliana Redman, Kelvin Wilson, Taryn Penman, Ayden Hafley and Kencie Tanner; and his sister Carol Ann White (Charlie).
