She was predeceased by: her grandmother Regina Morgan. She is survived by: her parents, Douglas Lewis of Richmond and Linda Baker Proctor of Mt; her children, Jazmanie Reyes of Mt, Tiffany Jade Lewis of Mt and Aurora Reyes (Vernon) of Mt; her brother Christopher Lewis of Raleigh, NC.; and her grandchild Braden Kendrick. She is also survived by two nieces, two great nieces, and two great nephews.
