She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Barnes and Donna Barnes; her former husband Gary Headley; her granddaughter Sydney Rae Terpstra; and her sister Connie Baker (Jim).
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Terpstra (Jamie) and Katie Brossman (Kenneth); her grandchildren, Blake, Owen, Devan and Ashlyn; and her siblings, Sharon Sizemore (Bob), John Barnes (Kim), Roger Barnes and Frances Barnes (Deb). She is also survived by four granddogs; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
