She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Hasty and Alene Manis Hasty; her husband Henry Lee Falin; her daughter Lisa; her son-in-law Chris Mackey; and her brother Earl Hasty.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim Renner of Mt. Vernon; her grandchildren, Johnny Mackey of Mt. Vernon, Amberly Harrison (Robert) of Mt. Vernon and Kathryn Mackey of Lexington; her great grandchildren, Gavin and Liam Harrison; and her siblings, Clinton Hasty of North Carolina, Norma Jean Romines of Mt. Vernon and Lois Johnson of Indiana.
