He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kirby Philbeck; his children, Timothy Philbeck and Armanda Philbeck King (Isaac); his stepdaughter Melissa Brock (Jason); his brothers, Ray, Gene and Dick Philbeck; and his brothers-in-law, Joe and Tim Kirby. He is also survived by 2 step-granddaughters, 5 granddaughters, 3 grandsons, and 1 great grandson.
