He was predeceased by: his mother Dolly Mae Pittman Mullins; his wife Vivian Carol Bullock Mullins; and his siblings, Junior Mullins, Bill Mullins, Burgess Mullins, Boyd Mullins, Flora Kirby, Faye Kirby, Sadie Sowder, Sinnie Mae and Doris Ada Mullins.
He is survived by: his daughter Angie Sowder (Chris) of Mt. Vernon; his grandchildren, Erica Draven Clouse of Mt. Vernon, Christopher Logan Franklin Sowder of Mt. Vernon and Christopher Lee Hensley of Mt. Vernon; and his sister Bernice Beasley of Brodhead.
