She was predeceased by: her father Matt, Jr. Powell (Neal); and her husband Rick Neal. She is survived by: her mother Ruby McFerron Powell of Mt. Vernon; her daughter Jamie Bradley (Josh Davis); her brother Melvin Powell (Jody) of Mt. Vernon; her grandchildren, Caleb Bradley, Jasper Davis, Ashland Davis and Tyler Neal; and her stepgrandsons, Mitchell Davis and Hunter Davis.
