He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Croucher and Ruby Himes Croucher; his wife Barbara Sue Croucher; his daughter Melissa VanWinkle; his granddaughter Andrea Wynn McGuire; and his sisters, May VanWinkle and Minnie Pearl Mullins.
He is survived by: his children, Melvin Preston Hensley of Orlando, Trinnia Nicely of Orlando, Penny Lynn Wynn of Orlando and Cristi Bradley of Mt. Vernon; his siblings, Darrell Croucher, Phillip Croucher, Jessie Croucher, Mike Croucher, Louise VanWinkle, Cynthia Gullett Croucher, Linda Croucher and Peggy Croucher; and his grandchildren, Bridgette Burkhart, Brittany Pittman, Brooke McKinney, Elijah Wynn, Jeffery Nicely, Timothy Nicely, Donovan Bradley and Dillon Bradley. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
