Vernon, KY; his sons, Derek McCown of Mt. Vernon, KY and Brandon McCown of Mt. Vernon, KY; and his siblings, Clyde McCown Jr. of Cromwell, KY, Michael McCown (Kim) of Cromwell, KY, Wendell Paul McCown of Mt. Vernon, KY, Bernice Kirby of Oxford, GA and Vickie Mink (Dwight) of Livingston, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
