He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles C. Carter and Sudie Mae Riddle Carter; his wife Martha Hall Carter; and his daughter Deborah Carter Bridges. He is survived by: his children, Kenny Carter (Pam) of Mt, Carolyn Davis (Billy) of Nicholasville and Sharon Coffey (Howard) of Eddyville. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and 14 great great grandchildren.
