He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bullock and Hazel Marler Bullock; his son Michael Wayne Bullock; and his siblings, George Kirby, James Bullock, Everett Bullock, Frances Prickett Pittman and Betty Sowder.
He is survived by: his wife Melissa Milburn Bullock; his children, Johnnie Bullock, Jr. of Brodhead, William Milburn of Mt. Vernon, Amanda Vaughn of Science Hill and Carrie Parker (Tyler) of Berea; and his sisters, Molly Neace of Mt. Vernon and Vivian Sowder of Richmond. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
