He is survived by: his wife Pearl Baker Howard; his son Billy Joe Howard (Deborah) of Green Hill; his granddaughter Kelsey Jones (Nick) of Lexington; and his great grandchildren, Nash Jones, Ivy Grace Jones and Payton Neighbors.
