He was predeceased by: his parents, James Samuel and Mary Magdalene McFerron Barron; and his siblings, Henry, Bill Barron, Vina McFerron, Dorothy McFerron, Lucy McClure, Zora Mae Brown, Louella Brown and Maggie Bradley.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Rowe Barron; his daughter Jessica Cruz (Julio) of Mt. Vernon; his grandchildren, Josie Cruz and Josiah Rodriguez; his sisters, Helen Cameron (Rodney) of Mt. Vernon and Wanda Navarre (Jackie) of Orlando; and his aunt Mattie Mink. He is also survived by six nephews, as well as many friends and neighbors.
