She is survived by: her children, Austin Grubb of London, Kentucky and Jacqueline Grubb of London, Kentucky; her father Larry Wendell Clouse of Mt. Vernon, Kentucky; her sibling Russell Clouse of Mt. Vernon, Kentucky.; and her nieces and nephews, Jacob Clouse, Jason Tackett, Jessica Turner, Mark Keezer, Clinton Keezer, Rochelle Wilder and Starla Whitaker.
All families respectfully request that all visitors wear a face covering and adhere to social distancing recommendations.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to London Funeral Home toward funeral expense.
