He is survived by: his children, Gary Vanwinkle of Brodhead, Eddy Gilbert Vanwinkle of Mt. Vernon, Jesse Lee Vanwinkle of Mt. Vernon, Peggy Sanders of Quinlan, TX, Terri Lynn Sanders of Mt. Vernon and Kimberly Gibbons Smith of Seagoville, TX; and his sister Cindy Atwell of Mt. Vernon. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
