He is survived by: his wife Linda Harrison Swinney; and his siblings, Clell Swinney (Lola) of Mt. Vernon, Glen Swinney (Linda Whitaker) of Mt. Vernon, Denver Swinney of Mt. Vernon, Mildy Swinney of Morehead, Everett Swinney (Rose) of Orlando, Evelyn Swinney of Mt. Vernon and Christine Amburgey of Paint Lick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
