He was predeceased by: his parents, Jarvis "Jarve" Noe and Fannie Owens Noe; and his sisters, Sylvia Long, Agnes McKinney, Susie Chaney and Delora Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Smothers Noe; his daughters, Phyllis Noe Coffey (Dale) of Burnside and Debbie Noe Mobley (Johnny) of Brodhead; his siblings, Margie Noe Brown of Cincinnati, OH and James Noe of Mt. Vernon; his son Donovan Mullins of Mt. Vernon; his grandchildren, Jonanthony Mobley (Michelle) of Brodhead, Aaron Mobley (Kelly) of Brodhead, Johnathan Noe (C. J.) of Crestwood, Austin Coffey (Erin) of Steamboat, CO, Morgan Coffey Poynter (Dustin) of Burnside, Andrew Mullins of McKee, Audrey Mullins of Mt. Vernon, Morgan Mullins of Mt. Vernon, Charleigh Mullins of Mt. Vernon and Jacob Mullins of Mt. Vernon; and his close friend Peggy McClure. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
