We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2021, at the age of 87, Harold Ballinger (Mount Vernon, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Ballinger and Dovie Vanzant Ballinger; and his siblings, Geneva Hedgepeth (Bob), William Ballinger, Victor Lee Ballinger and Everett Myrel Ballinger (Carol).

He is survived by: his wife Edith Martin Ballinger; his children, Virginia Joy Witt (Anthony), Harold Dean Jr. Ballinger (Leslie), Connie Louise Philbeck (Jeff) and James Elmer Ballinger (Carrie); and his brother Walter Ballinger (Delores). He is also survived by Seven Grandchildren.
