She was predeceased by: her parents, Burley Saylor and Mable Broughton Saylor; her husband William Hazlett; her brother Merlee Saylor; her grandson Anthony Lance Selby; and her sisters, Rosetta Lowery, Iona Barrett, Lulu McCarty, Betty Helton and Barbara Fetters.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Ray Owens of Brodhead, Claire June Saylor of Mt. Vernon, Edith Faye Barnett (Luke) of Mt. Vernon and Mollie Jane Price (Mark) of Carlisle; and her sisters, Evelyn Tuttle (Claude) of Berea and Burline Blair (Taylor) of Lancaster.
