He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Pittman and Shelby Pittman (Sowder); and his siblings, Clinton, Bennie, Lloyd, Carl Pittman and Evelyn Mullins.
He is survived by: his son Roger Michael Patrick Douglas; his grandchildren, Zoe Taylor-Marie Pittman and Noah-Michael Farris Pittman; his sister Carrie Decker Pyles; his sister-in-law Ercel Cromer; and his close friends, Earl Bullock, Kermit Bowling and Bentley Cromer.
