He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl May Lacy and Henry Lacy, Sr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Henry Lacy of Lexington, KY and Mary Lacy of Versailles, KY; his niece Naitai Tillman; his cousin Jennie Byrd; his friends, Tabby Collins, Helen Doan, Lyla Powell, Becky Cameron, Mary Newcomb, Gail Newcomb, Mary West, Darlene Bowling, Angela Hurst and Natalie Barrett; and also Nadine Faulkner of Rockcastle County.
