She was predeceased by: her siblings, Gene Martin (Darlene) and Mildred Newsome. She is survived by: her children, James Ballinger (Carrie), Harold Jr. Ballinger (Leslie), Joy Witt (Anthony) and Connie Philbeck (Jeff); her siblings, Mable Davidson (Armel) and Jack Martin (Darlene); and her husband Harold Dean Ballinger, Sr.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Three Links Christian Church.
