He was predeceased by: his cousin Maggie Rose. He is survived by: his parents, Angelia Perkins and Randy Perkins; his grandparents, Gary Langford (James Barron) and Colleen Langford; his aunt Anna Rose; and his cousins, Kira Owens, Matthew Chasteen, Chris Hoffmann and Tammy Hoffmann.
