She was predeceased by: her parents, James T. Philpot and Evelyn Short Philpot; her brother Michael Philpot; and her brother-in-law Otis Belcher. She is survived by: her husband Walter "Wally" Blair of Mount Vernon, KY; her daughter Brooke McLain Nipper (Daniel) of Keavy, KY; her grandchildren, Caden Hatcher and Aden Nipper; her siblings, Juanita Brinson (Dave), Patricia Belcher, Regina Johnson of Danville, KY and James T. "Jim" Philpot, Jr. (Lynn); and her caregivers, Michelle Mason and Shanda Stamper. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested donations to the Alzheimer's Association 225 N. Michigan Avenue Floor 17 Chicago, IL 60601.
