With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dean Carpenter (Mount Vernon, Kentucky), born in Jackson, Kentucky, who passed away on December 28, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Carpenter and Letha Cole Carpenter; his wife Tesaleen; his daughter Judy Croucher; and his siblings, Bill, Everett and Virgie Ferguson.

He is survived by: his granddaughters, Patricia McGuire (Tim) of Brodhead and Kelly McClure of Mt. Vernon; and his great grandchildren, Chase McGuire (Samantha) of Mt. Vernon and Caymen McClure (Shelby) of Brodhead.
