He is survived by: his parents, Bryson Howell and Loretta Eversole Howell; his children, Chris Howell of Richmond and Alley Norris (Wesley) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Raelyn Norris, Bradyn Norris of Richmond and Skyler Hayes; and his siblings, Donald Howell (Jeanna) of Richmond, Dale Howell of Berea and Mary Pruitt (Glenn) of Richmond.
