He is survived by: his father Russell Blackburn; his wife Lydia McClure Blackburn; his daughters, Brook Blackburn of Mt. Vernon and Raquel Fleming (Justin) of Mt. Vernon; his grandson Braxton Fleming of Mt. Vernon; and his brothers, Stanley Blackburn (Susan) of Indianapolis, IN, David Blackburn (Lisa) of Livingston, Daniel Blackburn (Della) of Mt. Vernon, Aaron Blackburn (Cierra) of Somerset and Samuel Blackburn (Jessica) of Hindman.
