He was predeceased by: his father Timothy James Sloan. He is survived by: his mother Karen Elizabeth Moore of Milford, OH; his son Finnick Sullivan Moore; his grandmother Lillie Davis of Covington; and his brother Cory Johnson (Tiffany) of Milford, OH..
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Dowell and Martin Funeral Home (365 W Main St, Mt Vernon, KY 40456).
