Vernon, Heather Rigsby of Mt. Vernon, Casey of Mt. Vernon and Eric Pheanis of Mt. Vernon; and his siblings, Danny "Tuck" (Louise Rigsby) of Mt. Vernon, Dennis (Leslie Rigsby) of Mt. Vernon, John Rigsby of Mt. Vernon, David (Debra Rigsby), Sue (Lee Bullock) of Mt. Vernon, Kathy Owens of Mt. Vernon, Tammy Jamison of Mt. Vernon and Janet (Jeff Robinson). He is also survived by Eight grandchildren, one great grandchild, and a several nieces and nephews.
