He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father James George; his wife Debbie Bunch Smith of Mt. Vernon, Kentucky; his daughter Susan Rae Smith Coffey (Anthony) of Mt. Vernon; his grandchildren, Katherine Coffey, Cassie Smith, Kira Deatherage and Tyler Howard; his great grandchild Kady Coyle; his siblings, Logan Smith of Ohio, Leatha Dailey of Ohio and Francis Lindsay of Ohio; his parent Ollie Smith; and his daughter Nicole Cotton.
