He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wendell Poynter and Etta Brenson. He is survived by: his stepparents, Pat Elkins and Jamie Blair; his siblings, Chelsea Blair, Shyann Blair, Sierra Lester (David), Jeffrey Crowe (Kate), Isabella Crowe (Morgan) and Brycen Monday; and his grandparents, Beverly, Jerry Gibbs, Jeffery and Delilah Blair. He is also survived by numerous relatives, friends.
