He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose Hasty and Nora Hasty (Sowder); his wife Lucille Hasty; and his siblings, Clarence Hasty, Bill Hasty, Joe Hasty, Tully Hasty, Charley Hasty, Bess McClure, Dolly Cameron, Eva Doan and Lou Ella Hasty.
He is survived by: his children, Bro. Zandell Hasty (Connie) of Mt. Vernon, KY, Dale Hasty (Donna) of Mt. Vernon, KY and Debbie Brock (Doug Jr.) of Copper Creek, KY; his grandchildren, Tanya Chaney (Tom), Niki Curry (Danny), Josh Hasty (Keysha), Devin Hasty (Sarah), Samantha Carpenter (Derrick), Jadon Brock (Cheyenne) and Dakota Hasty (Kali); his great grandchildren, Timothy Duncan, Madison Hasty, Parker Burdette, Andrew Chaney, Aiden Chaney, Brittany Carpenter, Tucker Hasty, Brody Hasty, Eden Hasty, Jaylan Brock, Austin Curry and Angel Curry; and his brother Raymond Hasty (Ruth). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends.
