She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Bullock and Julia Pearl Chaney Bullock; her husband Boyd Mullins; and her daughter Kathy Mullins Powell. She is survived by: her sons, Randy Mullins (Teresa) of Kirksville and Ronald Mullins (Vicky) of Mt. Vernon; her siblings, Wayne Bullock (Marie) of Mt. Vernon and Lois Cox (William) of Greenwood, IN.; and her grandchildren, Clayton (Melissa Powell), Tina (Stoney McGuire), Amy (Quentin Wyatt), Casey (Karen Powell), Stacy Mullins, Matthew (Sherrie Mullins) and Ashley Mullins. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
