She is survived by: her husband Bentley Sowder; her sons, Roy Bullock (Jennifer) of Mt. Vernon and Troy Bullock of Mt. Vernon; her stepdaughters, Sonya VanHook (Jeff) of Berea, Stephanie Abney (Richard) of Waco and Breanna Smith (Corey) of Richmond; her siblings, Johnnie Lee Bullock of Mt. Vernon, Molly Lou Neace of Mt. Vernon and Bernice Vivian Sowder of Richmond; and her grandchildren, Courtlyn VanHook, Jackson VanHook, Adam Bullock, Matthew Bullock, Titus Smith, Eliza Abney and Rosalie Abney.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Dowell and Martin Funeral Home (365 W Main St, Mt Vernon, KY 40456).
