She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Kulhavy of Brodhead, Daniel Kulhavy of Tellico Planes, TN and William J. Kulhavy of New Port, OR; her grandson Steven Kulhavy of New Port, OR.; and her sisters, Jan Pandalis-Bodin and Kay Hansen.
