She is survived by: her daughters, Constance Sakala (John) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Teresa Smith of Bay Village, OH; her grandchildren, Bert Smith (Becky), Angie McMurtry (Mark), Stacy LaMotte (Tom), Parker Seifert (Lauren) and Piper Seifert; and her great grandchildren, Collin, Madison, Ellie, Sydney, Luke, Jessie, Cassie, Riley, Jack and Dutch.
In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the Windsor Care Center Activities Fund, 125 Sterling Way, Mt. Sterling, KY 40353.
