He was predeceased by: Bobby Lewis Tubbs. He is survived by: his parents, Elsie Hall Tubbs of Mt and Sterling; his siblings, Roy Tubbs of Mt, Bertie Jean Smith (Bill) of Dayton and Emma Louise Hill (Steve) of Perry; and also Sterling. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
