He is survived by: his wife Lucille Romine of Mt. Sterling; his sons, Wendell Fraley (Laura) of Mt. Sterling and Randall Fraley (Gina) of Radcliff; his grandsons, Christopher Fraley (Kaitlyn) of Richmond, Alex Fraley of Mt. Sterling and Kaleb Spurlock of Morehead; his great grandchildren, Susannah Fraley of Richmond and Dreamy Lopez of Radcliff; and his sisters, Cheryl Chandler of Mt. Sterling and Loretta Howard of Salyersville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
