He is survived by: his parents, Rosa Jean Wolfenbarger Charles and William Earl Wagoner Sr.; his children, Cricket Wagoner, Elizabeth Wagoner, Emily Wagoner and Justin Wagoner; his niece Shyann Frederick; his siblings, Lessia Wagoner, Melissa Wagoner and Samantha Charles; his grandmother Ruth Wolfenbarger; his grandchildren, Kinsley Cooper, Micah Hogge, Aria Novak, Xander Novak, Kolben Marcum and Addalyn Marcum; and his nephew Brian Wagoner. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may take the form of contributions to Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home to assist the family in paying for the funeral.
