He was predeceased by: his parents, Davy Doyle and Hazel Applegate Doyle; his wife Virginia Bashford Doyle; his daughter Kathy Foley Jones; and his siblings, Robert Doyle, Everett Doyle and Thelma Hart.
He is survived by: his children, Glenn Foley (Patty) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Alice Wittenback (John) of Elizabethtown, KY; and his sister Nell Martin of Mt. Sterling, KY. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
