She is survived by: her children, Robert Spradling of Wellington, KY, Jeff Spradling (Pam) of Jeffersonville, KY and Patricia Banks of Jeffersonville, KY; and her grandchildren, Robert Barnes, Katie Grashel, Emily Spradling and Anna Spradling.
