He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richard and Christine Spencer Ratliff. He is survived by: his niece Barb; his nephews, Marvin and Robert of Ohio; his close friend Gerald Oney (Nancy) of Sharpsburg, KY.; and his siblings, Wilbur Ratliff, Elizabeth Ratliff and Etta Mae Pace.
