It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virgie Hughes (Mount Sterling, Kentucky), who passed away on August 5, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Roy Houchin; and her brother Wayne Parker. She is survived by: her children, Judy Ann Arledge (Sean) and Chuck Houchin (Aaron); and her siblings, Carolyn Fortner, Mary Willoughby, Patsy Mapel, Harlan Parker (Maudie) and Harvey Parker Jr. (Agnes). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
